Add discard option

Add a discard button for users to easily discard the patients record from view, as per other clinical systems, at the moment the users have to search another patient or log out

Data provider detail

add individual resource fields to resources in data provider tab within portal plus add timeline detail for each provider. i.e. Harrogate providing 3 months, HUTH 1 year etc.

System admin report of inactive end users with required timeframe.

This would enable the service to check with line managers/supervisors if these accounts need to disabled or suspended (long term sickness/maternity leave). This would be additional to the LA's usual protocols for leavers of the service.
