Hull place within HNY locality are supporting some work on reasonable adjustment flag and NHSE have implemented an external process via NCRS meaning GPs would have to log into a separate system to create the flag/look at a patient’s reasonable adjustments. They are currently coding much of this via Arden’s templates and would seem much more sensible to include in the YHCR dataset.
Ian has advised that he believes this has also been raised by South Yorkshire and Sophie is looking into this one.
The flag is in the spine (SCR, NCRS) but won’t appear in GPC (html or structured), so unless we can access spine data, it is unlikely. However, I believe NHSD are looking to create APIs towards the end of this year, so after that development we may have a route.
