Add version numbers to panels, config and canvas to help with fault finding

As part of helping with diagnostics of faults it would be useful if screenshots provided by the service desk could identify what versions of canvas, panels and config a user has been looking at when they identified an issue.

    @Emma Ede-Smith can you clarify whether this is a case of creating the concept of version numbers and displaying them for service desk? Or is it a case of leveraging existing version numbers for the same purpose?
