This portal provides an open platform for user feedback and product change requests. Anyone can add an idea and remain as a Guest, but please consider signing up so that others can see who has created the ideas!
Note: this is a public facing web portal, any text here can be viewed by anyone over the internet, so please consider carefully the content you wish to share and please do not post anything of a sensitive nature.
Currently the admin console is the only place which contains a full list of all organisation staff who we have setup to access the portal but the details contained cannot be downloaded or exported in a useable format to enable either checks to be carried out that the staff are still in their required posts for access or that they are currently up to date with data protection training.
It would useful to be able to download, into excel/csv the following;
all registered users of the portal
email addresses
teams
Date account created

Hi Marc,
I'm not precious as to how it works, which ever way we can filter via Excel, so it's not a blocker either way, it's just currently, the data is worthless to us!

We plan on taking this forward for investigation and sizing.
In terms of the solution, did you foresee being able to select the data that you want to export as part of this change? Or for the required data to be pre-set, so clicking the 'Download to CSV' button automatically downloads the information you have highlighted above.
