Admin Portal Audit and Reporting around tenant features

Is there/will there be an audit trail around admin portal activities please (e.g. who is adding/removing/amending users and/or activating or deactivating tenant features). This will become more important as 3rd parties will be performing admin tasks on behalf of our organisations (for example going forward the GP tenancies will be managed by NECS and N3i).


It would also be useful for delivery teams (and organisations) to be able to see which features organisations have active within in their tenancy. For example if a new feature (panel/page) has been launched, delivery teams would be able to see which orgs have switched it on, and for those who haven't investigate why (didn't know about it, missed a notification, wasn't deemed clinically appropriate etc.).
