Contacts and Users additional fields on console

  • The export does not include all fields - organizations/ roles missing


  • User and contact entries on the console does not include region

  • Tick box/ Field to mark a user as a Ambulance TOC contact

  • Tick box to opt out of comms for - release/ maintenance/ resource

These additional fields also then adding to the export

As a part of the Service Desk Team
I would like have these added to the console
So that it is easier to collate targeted distribution lists for comms

    @Natalee Pearson if you've documented these requirements we might not need another workshop. Can you confirm?

    I did sneak running through these with Nat when we looked at https://yhcr.aha.io/ideas/ideas/E-I-61., but happy to have another session/ workshop. Many Thanks

    @Stephanie Joy can we arrange a session to run through these suggestions please? Mindful there are a couple of ideas open at the minute for the console. Might be worth having a workshop session with users.
