Data Standards have been agreed for Social Care Services and Social Care Assessments, using the EpisodeOfCare and Task FHIR Resources respectively.
The social care uses of these resources will be very different from other potential uses - for example it would not be intuitive for users to see Social Care Services listed alongside Health EpisodeOfCare that group Encounters that are linked to the same Condition.
There could be separate pages / panels for these Social Care Concepts (i.e. filtered by _profile), with more user-friendly labels/column headers.
Some examples of detailed panels were created in test tenancy (see attached), however ideally these (and the relevant summary panels) would be agreed wider and incorporated into the default configuration.
thanks Stephen, yes we do need a clear way to distinguish social care data from health now that we have separated profiles. Your mock-ups are an interesting approach. We will be facilitating a design workshop in the near future to establish the direction for the product
