Social Care Services are currently displayed in multiple panels on the Summary Tab – i.e. on the Episodes of Care panel (which shows all EpisodesOfCare) and on the Social Care Services panel, which is filtered on those with the Interweave-SocialCareService profile. The EpisodesOfCare resource / panel was originally envisaged to group Encounters linked by condition, however there is not a separate Interweave Profile / Data Standard for these health related EpisodeofCare - hence it isn’t possible to filter on that profile, so not to display the Social Care Services.
Would it be worth creating a data standard for the health related EpisodesOfCare and updating the Panel to filter on only these?
Similarly, Social Care Assessments also appear in the Tasks Panel
Not sure if there are any other types of Task being used, but if so should they have their own profiles/panels
There is a dependency on delivering this highlighted by Chintan on the ticket https://yhcr.aha.io/features/P-398
Details of the dependency:
Although the idea and user story mentions about excluding the social care data from the Healthcare data, we do not need to use :not within those panels.
We can achieve the requirements by adding _profile to the query (e.g. - "&_profile=https://fhir.yhcr.nhs.uk/StructureDefinition/Interweave-EpisodeOfCare&_profile=https://fhir.hl7.org.uk/STU3/StructureDefinition/CareConnect-EpisodeOfCare-1"), thus making sure resources with Social care service profile will be excluded from the display in healthcare EOC panel.
However, at this moment, we are not in a position to develop this functionality as this would exclude data from the providers who are yet to remediate their data.
The
_profile
search parameter is defined as a reference type parameter andnot
is only allowed on search parameters of type token. This idea cannot be solved until we have introduced R4 standards
Hi, yes, that's the plan exactly, health related profiles are in the roadmap
