portal UI Improvements

Make same ordering of fields in more details modal and details panels.

Use FHIR Mandatory fields in summary header list and Must support ones in call-out.

Use consistent labels all over in the panels(Summary , More details modal, Details panels)

    @Nikhila Annapureddy can you update this to indicate what still needs to be done. Mindful @Sarah Gibson has been working on the UI toolkit which indicates standard presentation which might increase the scope of this work.
