Participant column in various views - show the data not the record id

In the appointments detail screen, and in a number of other places the participant column is showing the reference file id of the participant. Thats not user friendly. Can this display the actual name of the participant e.g. Dr XXX please

Add discard option

Add a discard button for users to easily discard the patients record from view, as per other clinical systems, at the moment the users have to search another patient or log out

Admin accounts

I currently have an Admin account, this allows me to create Clinical Professionals, Social Care Professionals & Citizens, it would be useful to be able to create other Admin accounts for people within my team or other support teams.
