Add discard option

Add a discard button for users to easily discard the patients record from view, as per other clinical systems, at the moment the users have to search another patient or log out

    Hi Rebecca, there may be a couple of use cases to consider here, please can you consider the following and respond with your thoughts

    1. standalone portal use - we could create a 'Close person record' button - this would return the user to the search page, which is essentially the home page (there would be nowhere else appropriate to send them)

    2. contextual launch of the portal - the same button described above would need to have different behaviour; as contextual launches replace the ability to search, in this context the button would need to also close the browser window/tab used by the source system to display the portal
