Participant column in various views - show the data not the record id

In the appointments detail screen, and in a number of other places the participant column is showing the reference file id of the participant. Thats not user friendly. Can this display the actual name of the participant e.g. Dr XXX please

    Hi Keith, this is in line with work already in progress with Data Standards, in order to display useful textual data rather than ID's.

    Please could you log this in Jira as a support ticket and provide some more details? i.e. the other screens where this occurs and which providers are affected? It could be an error with the provider data or an error with our own technology stack, but we would need more information to investigate further. thanks
