'Complex Medications' is a misleading name for this panel. For Dorset, the panel includes all Acute medication, not only complex medications. Suggest this name be changed to something more appropriate based on what the sources are. Proposal from one of our clinical safety officers is: 'Medications (Secondary Care)', or something similar since we cannot simply call it 'Medications'.
I was sure I had placed this idea months ago but couldn't find it so submitting again.
