The Portal UI currently converts elements that have a primitive type = code (e.g. Patient.gender, Encounter.status to title case (see P-I-167). Whilst that works fine for most codes (e.g. Encounter.status form in-progress to In-progress), it is less effective on the Appointment.status for No Shows (i.e. 'Noshow' arguably looks worse than 'noshow')
It would be good if the the Portal UI could lookup the Display values from the relevant ValueSet/ CodeSystem
