Status and Class Fields are shown as lower case in portal panels, whilst this is how the codes are shared in the actual FHIR Resources, suggest it would be more user friendly to show the relevant Display from the binding ValueSet. There would appear to be some precedent for this, as gender is displayed in Title Case in the Patient Banner.
A compromise to save looking up against the ValueSet/CodeSystem, could be a title case conversion of the code in the UI ... e.g. "in-progress" to "In-Progress", rather than "In Progress"
