The current South Yorkshire programme support team has been providing project management oversight, technical and onboarding support to the organisations onboarding to the YHCR over the last two years. The programme is looking to move into a business-as-usual state, and cannot afford to maintain the level of project management support from the initial roll-out stages.
To maintain progress on expanding YHCR usage across the region while ensuring efficient use of resources, a self-service onboarding model would support organisations to progress through the YHCR onboarding process independently, with targeted support only where required.
This model would enable organisations to:
Complete tasks at their own pace
Manage their internal governance processes locally
Access standardised documentation and guidance
Reduce reliance on intensive project management support
