Have the ability to sort the columns in the Allergies Table

The only columns that can be used to sort the Allergies table are ones with dates in. There should be the ability to sort by any column.

As a Clinician
I would like to be able to sort the Allergies Table by any of the columns in the table.
So that I can view the information in the table in a user friendly way for myself.
