@James Young is it possible to pull out a list of the most common error messages from the logs (say over the last 30–60 days)? We're exploring whether we can start showing more useful error messages in the UI instead of the generic “An error occurred” ones. Would this need to go through as a service request? Ideally, I want to be able to see which errors occur most commonly so we can target them initially
Myself and @Natalee Pearson will need to look into this to see all the other areas that this applies to based on other ideas raised and appropriate ICR tickets.
