in some cases, the end user of the portal is provided with a generic error message, however the logs do store some further and more useful information about the actual issue which could help to triage and resolve the issues.
Error text on UI: An Error Occurred (OperationOutcomeError UUID: ...)
Error in the logs: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'organization')
