Problem statement
When accessing the Interweave care portal via context launch, I encounter a white screen that displays until the shared care record loads. The load time can be dependent on a number of things, but one of the big issues is connectivity. Where the portal takes a while to load, I receive no feedback about what is happening - just a white screen.

I would like to be provided with loading indicators when waiting for the portal to load
So it is clearer to me that I am waiting for something and the system hasn't just crashed.

Spoken to Anna who indicated the generic loading message would take around 2 days.
@Sarah Gibson did some designs for the situation where we have loaded the initial page but not got patient data yet - in this case we have nto got the information required to populate that - so we need something a lot simpler . for instance:
This would take about a day to implement - if you wanted to extend to loading details for late rpages then that is a much bigger piece of work.
@Anna Weaver have updated this idea with a problem statement and user story.
@Marc Baulk looking at the comments above this seems not to be a concern that relates to context launches - I think we need to have a fuller description of the situation that needs resolving.
@James Young can you work with the team to identify how long it might take to introduce a standard loading screen for context launch users so they're provided with feedback that an action is happening?
