Show a loading message when the portal is loading

Currently there is a blank screen on loading so users do not know if there has been an error or if the record is loading.


(Marc - feel free to delete if you have already raised this or have it in hand - just thought I'd add it as an idea whilst I had the window open!)

    @James Young can you work with the team to identify how long it might take to introduce a standard loading screen for context launch users so they're provided with feedback that an action is happening?

    @Marc Baulk to speak to Synanetics to see if this can be done independently of the context launch auth enhancements work and what the estimate would be.
