A number of suggested improvements have been made regarding how Observations are rendered in the Portal, including but not limited to:
The Observations Summary Panel is currently designed for Vital Signs, i.e. Observations with a ValueQuantity. As such other types of Observation (e.g. those with a valueString or valueCodeableConcept display 'Not Provided' in the Portal (see ICR-2275)
Similarly, the 'view history' only works for pre-defined codes (see ICR-2274)
It was suggested at the Interweave Care Portal Workshop, that we should have a detailed design session of Observations. This Idea possibly needs to be merged with / considered alongside P-I-204
I will look into ICR-2274
As a separate matter and we will arrange a workshop to discuss observations more broadly.
