A key rationale for sharing details of Social Care Services and Assessments, is to enable Healthcare users to contact the organisations / individuals performing those services/assessments to get more information on a patient.
It would be useful if portal users could click on a Organization/Practitioner referenced by another resource, in order to view the contact details (e.g. telecom, address, etc). The key fields would be:
InterweaveSocialCareService.managingOrganization
InterweaveSocialCareAssessment.owner
InterweaveSocialCareAssessment.performer

Please note that a similar request has also been raised by NYC (North Yorkshire Council) https://interweave-portal.ideas.aha.io/ideas/P-I-175 to have the ability to view the contact details of the Practitioner resource, so that relevant users could contact the case worker directly.
