Allow partners to lookup care assessor contact details

If partners can see which social care assessor is assigned to a person then they do not need to ring us and ask for this information?

    Hi Tina,

This change has been shipped with one exception.

Unfortunately, there’s been a snag with the change to display performer contact details in the Social Care Assessment panel. This data is an extension to the profile and would require a fundamental change to how the system works to obtain alongside the profile data. As such, we have dropped this deliverable from our release while we consider our options, but I will feedback when we have a plan on how to move this forward.

    Hi Tina,

Thanks for raising this with us. Nottinghamshire have raised something similar.

Just for clarity, would you be expecting the Social Care Assessor information to form part of the Social Care Assessments data set?

There is an existing extension that allows us to reference a practitioner which either performed, is performing or is going to perform the assessment. We just need to establish where this data should be displayed. I suspect it is best displayed on the Social Care Assessment detailed page and the more details modal. Can you confirm?

    Thanks
