There are known data impairments for our data providers (for various reasons).
E.g. Some acute systems do not share all their information because of the nature of internal application messaging flows. This might mean that historical appointments are not shown. Another example is the fact that our social care data feeds may be 24 hours old.
To prevent any confusion and reduce clinical risk, it would useful to be able to configure and display an information box for specific panels (and providers) to show this impairment information. E.g. "Please be aware that historic appointments from UHL are not shown" or "Information on social care service provisions may be up to 24 hours old".
The content of these information panels could be configured by admin users in the tenancy portal admin per panel/provider? i.e. For resource type X, provided by organisation Y, show message Z.
hi Toby, we have plans to do this on the Available data screen, which allows the provider to comment on their impairments in Console. I'm not sure whether you can see the feature card in Aha, here's the link https://yhcr.aha.io/features/P-207
