Option to add Portal Menu Help items

Local Admin function to add a configurable menu item in Portal Help (?) Menu set at Global and Tenancy levels. A menu listing would be made up of; menu Name, https: or mailto: links (to open in new tab/window), and icon shortcode. LLRCR would add menu items to direct users to local training resources and local support. Would be good if the Admin function worked in similar way as the new Notifications feature.

    Has anyone looked at this please? It would be really useful for us to add links to training videos, etc.
