Interweave details panel user options and clarity of complex FHIR resources

Where the underlying FHIR resource has a complex structure e.g. 'participants' in encounters display of the consultant or primary performer as default with an option to expand to include 'other or secondary' attendees/performers. Could be a drop down, pop-out, multiple row expansion.

    some improvements are being implemented in release 41, so you should see some changes, however, we will continue to consider what an enhanced UI could look like, so I am promoting this for further consideration
