Fair Processing Notice to cover usage stats

I've been in contact with the YHCR IG team with a few questions about the usage stats reports and dashboard and they've informed us that there needs to be a Fair Processing Notice aimed at staff who use the Interweave Portal.

We imagine that this will apply to all ICSs because everyone will be monitoring usage stats for their own projects.

Please can we look to add in some suitable wording, either on the portal or another suitable channel?
