structured data from secondary care using FHIR and PRSB definitions

As PHM is being developed now, the real value is in being able to extract discrete data items from all feeds for analysis and population health monitoring.

FHIR and PRSB standards exist for this to happen rather than the wrapped PDF/HTML feeds we currently have.

Admittedly, this is a request to the provider systems but would be to the advantage of all as the GPConnect structured form is also in development.

    Hi Keith

    Yes, most of our secondary care data is structured FHIR resources, together with documents such as Discharge Summaries and care plans of various formats

    We have GPConnect HTML atm, but have been working towards getting GPC structured, although the SCAL is more involved
