I received this automated response from the Aha and wondered if we could have any more details on what has been shipped? As you know we have accounts in the HNY keen to get hold of reporting capability, so we�re keen to be able to share key updates to those accounts. Any guidance materials that have been developed to support users would be great.

This would allow us to gain insight into which connections are being used and accessed with potential to improve communications strategy leading to improved utilisation. Not sure who knows about what data is accessible to aid management
Hi Ian - aware that this is now 'planned' but wanted to add some further details following engagement with YSFT recently. There is a keenness for organisation providing data to the YHCR/Interweave to be able to see access to their data. Comment received from Donald Richardson YSFT CCIO: Do we know who is accessing Y&STHFT records and how many times record are being accessed (by safeguarding and primary care teams for example)? It might help us decide on a comms strategy if low numbers given they now have access.
This comment came as a result of a visual that we are developing in the HNY to show who in the region now has the capability to consume data from the YHCR through what method (portal, context launch etc), and conversely which organisations are providing what data to the Interweave now (live) and to follow (planned). The purpose of the tool is to enable users to at a glance see what might be possible using the YHCR NOW and what might be possible 'soon'...
Data usage stats and tools will be important to supporting the strategic planning and benefits realisation for the partnership. Are you able to update where we are with this please? Also whether the reporting tools will be included as a module within general access in addition to some elements being available to admins?
Hi Ian - note this is set to 'future consideration' but aware from conversations we've had recently that there is some work going on to develop a plan to realise usage reports/visualization tools etc. Is this covered by another idea?

with the release of sprint 35, it is now possible for us to add Departments to Tenancies, so that users can then be allocated as such, please raise a Jira ticket if you would like Depts added to a tenancy - atm this is something we will need to do for you, but we will roll out this functionality to tenant admins in the near future
Once your Depts have been created, Tenant Admins CAN allocate them to the user accounts

thanks Tara, the first requirement is already on the backlog so I will link to this idea. To help our thinking it would be useful to understand what a 'killer report' could look like - if you were to design it, what would it look like?

Totally agree with this, not only to see how useful the portal or parts of the portal are, it's also useful for us as an LA to see who's using the portal on a regular basis, or more to the point, who's not, so we can start to have those conversations as to why not and what we can do to make the solution better.

I support this request. As a council it is important we have ways to monitor usage of the YHCR by our workforce. We can then link this to why the YHCR was actioned with our case management system to evidence the value to our senior management and other council's who are considering onboarding.
