Hi Emma
The Tenant Admin can sort the list of users by Last Login date, so you should be able to identify any you wish to disable based on that. As you suggest, you can also select all and copy/paste into Excel if necessary, which I appreciate isn't a reporting function as such, but should suffice as a workaround? Let me know how things work out operationally and we can always revisit if necessary
Hi Ian, thanks for the update.
With regards to the Dormant users process - i understand we will be able to view on screen the list of users with last log on date (apologies I am still waiting for my log on so this is based on demo i have seen) but it i want to deactivate all users that have not logged on within say 90 days would that be indefinable on screen easily?. My thoughts were that if this last login area could be 'exported' as a report say in Excel i could run a formula to only show the users that need deactivating rather than manually working down the list. When you say you can run a report - is that just at your end or can 'users' do that also?
With regards to the yearly user audit again it would be great if we could export a full list of active users only so that we can manipulate this list to break down into teams and then send out to team managers for them to check and confirm all users are still in their team and should still have access. Without this we may need copy the on screen data and manually paste this
hi, this has been raised previous under https://interweave-portal.ideas.aha.io/ideas/P-I-47
we have 2 mechanisms for this
the portal admin can see the list of users and their last login date
I can run a report with the same info
If both of the above do not meet the requirement operationally then we can consider an enhancement in the future
agree access management needs to be well managed by user organisation. We undertake monthly checks and remove access for leavers, where not already undertaken. Would prefer ability to have automated download mechanisms of lists, rather than having to individually pull them. Similarly the ability to send up lists of staff to be removed would prevent manual intervention in this housekeeping process.
