Hi Marc
At the back of 2023 Sophie and Hollie agreed to take this deliverable / project into Interweave management. This is a high priority for a lot of our partners and that stretches across multiple ICS boundaries so its one I expect a lot of interest in. I have forwarded you an email trail that will help with the latest update and the discussion around this one.
Hi Debbie,
I'm reviewing the older 'Planned' ideas to understand what the delivery plans are for the things we have committed to.
This ticket is blocked until we have developed our RBAC solution, but I thought I would check to see if the FHIR API build was completed as per the date above. Do you know if it was?
I'm going to mark this idea as future consideration for now as progress is dependent on the completion of another initiative.
Thanks
Hello
There has been lots of discovery done in HNY on the scope and potential for this. I've been asked to add some of this information to this idea to ensure it is captured for Interweave review in one place. NHSE product leads (Rahial Kazim and technical colleagues), Hollie, Johnny C and Rebecca, and Sophie and Chintan have been involved in all discussions to date. There is lots of consideration underway already.
HNY have progressed this as an ICS priority BUT on the basis this would be done ShCR wide and benefit the wider partnership but HNY be the pilot ICS.
HNY has hosted a use case discovery workshop with colleagues from MH, safeguarding, primary care and others to consolidate a handful of use-cases to support development. These use cases have been validated with professionals and are attached.
To support the development of mockup/prototypes for UI I have attached a short set of slides showing CP-IS launch in NCRS. NHSE have advised the best synthetic test patient to use for design is: 999 027 5831
The HL7 API is complete and already available and NHSE have confirmed that the FHIR API build should be complete by the end of August 23.
The SCAL spec in its current draft format is here: https://gbr01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdigital.nhs.uk%2Fdeveloper%2Fapi-catalogue%2Fchild-protection-information-sharing-hl7-v3&data=05%7C01%7Cdwestmoreland%40nhs.net%7C1b24fa5c6af44a6f18b008db9437736c%7C37c354b285b047f5b22207b48d774ee3%7C0%7C0%7C638266738095357417%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=P7yZLXZfSwLmQNHCDgytaQqw5BEkT6KEOaVOmISvT%2Fs%3D&reserved=0
Happy to provide further information, but it would be good to discuss Interweave approach and where ICS can support.
apologies for the lack of response on this, I will promote to the backlog, but Mark is correct and I suspect we will need a robust RBAC in place before NHSD would entertain this request, so there is a dependency on a granular RBAC development (also currently in the backlog)
Care would be required with this specific data set as it is highly regulated and currently has limited legitimate parties able to access ... Urgent Care services.
