XDS Adapter for Interweave Connect

Implement an XDS adapter for interweave connect. (Also known as an “MHD” adapter). This will translate between the FHIR and XDS standards to retrieve documents.

The initial use-case is with TEWV. TEWV want to retrieve documents from Civica Cito which speaks only XDS.

Beyond this however it would be interesting to assess wider demand and reusability, as XDS is a widely used standard and a common alternative to FHIR. (For example the Great Northern Care Record speaks XDS)

    Hiya, LLR's acute trust also uses Civica Cito. They are due to take a cito upgrade in June but we will be looking to connect it into LLRCR, so we would be interested in this. I have sent Toby over this link in case he has anything additional to add.

    following PSG the plan is to monitor progress of this adapter for the mid-Yorks project, and if successful look to productise the solution for future deployments

    Cito is the document management system used by Mid Yorkshire Hospitals and is now connected to YHCR by Andy Thompson @Synanetics

    Hi Ian thats fine but I can't always make the steering groups due to regular conflicts - will do my best.

    I will only be able to tell you about the demand in the project I'm involved in, I understood from Tim that with Lees support you may be looking into wider demand - is that the case? Thanks,

    thanks Debbie, I suggest we pick this up at Product Steering Group, I'd like to understand the demand for such an adapter to help with prioritisation
