If a user enters the wrong password 6 times it will lock their account and they will be informed.
ATM you would need to raise a support ticket for that account to be unlocked, as there is no functionality for the admin to do this
However, as an Admin you can enable or disable a user account, which should help with the security angle

If the user enters wrong password in X number of times, does it lock their account?
If so, how many attempts does the user get before it locks, do they get an notification to say it's locked?
If it locks for a user, as Admin we'd need an option to unlock their account/reset password too.
If there isn't that lock function, that would be a really good security option to add as a possible development.
I think the question is perhaps related to the challenge that some users have and the ability for admin to be able to support user access - the request relates to the ability for 'admins' to be able to reset the password - not the user. Is this something that could be considered? Thanks,

Hi, recreating users shouldn't be needed (unless they have been corrupted), there's a Forgot password button on the login screen that should suffice?
