The 'author' in the Flags panels currently used a 'text' formatter, which will just show the reference.display.
However, where the data provider has shared a reference to the author resource (e.g. Organization or Practitioner), it isn't possible to see the contact details for them.
This is particularly limiting for Adult Safeguarding Flags, where Local Authorities share a high level flag, with minimal detail, and the expectation is that data consumers will contact the relevant team for more information.
Notts County Council are sharing the relevant contact details for the safeguarding team on the Organization referenced in the Flag, however, no one can see these.
Suggest the 'author' fired in the Flags Panels use the 'CollapsableTelecomFormatter' (or similar)
