The ‘key fields’ for Observations are:

Date
Currently the Summary Panel has ‘Category’ at the top level instead of ‘Code’ … the code should be shown in the unexpanded view, and the category on the expanded one
The Observations panel in the Timeline should match the Summary v2 one, and show code, value and date in the unexpanded view … currently the user needs to open the more details modal to view the value
