There is a significant amount of value add data from GPs is contained in Documents rather than the data that is available in the GP Connect HTML Feed (or other Structured GP Connect APIs), for example ReSPECT Forms, Discharge Summaries from out of area Hospitals, direction to administer forms, etc.
We have quite a lot of users asking if it would be possible to have access to Documents from GPs.

Other information
Both EMIS and TPP are FoT ready re Access Document, and the National Team are looking for Pilot sites. We may wish to consider only searching for some docent types, or allowing the end user to specify what they are after, rather than searching for all the available Document up front |

Here's a real example collected during testing of a NON GP unit in LLR - which is not going to be shared due to the excess nature of its content:
Dr.... prepares IHA Reports that go out to GP and LA. A summary that goes to carer - these are what they would expect to share and would be meaningful for the care of the child.
