Users who primarily work from laptops find the record difficult to use due to the demographic bar taking up so much of the screen. This is resolved by zooming out but it is apparent not all users think to do this, which makes me wonder if there are people all around our ICSs struggling to work in a smaller screen area than they would have to if the record displayed differently initially on a laptop.

Playing around with this some more, the issue seems to strike when the zoom pushes the address onto a second line, leaving a lot of blank space to the right hand side. If the address wrapped or truncated if unable to fit on the screen, that might solve it.
