Hi all, I've made a quick design based on this, which should make communication easier. I would suggest that whatever is decided here is rolled out to all resources for consistency.
Thanks, Mark. I'm wondering if it's possible to speak to the users that logged this? The medications are separated as per your screenshot. Need to try to work out what problem the current separation poses and why it needs to change.
