When there are more than 100 results for a particular panel, the FHIR query will return the total count of matching resources, but paginate for every 100 records. However, the summary panel in the portal will just state "100 records overall". This is potentially misleading, as there is no indication to users that more records are available, i.e. via the Detailed Page
