We have identified a handful of scenarios where the location or structuring of data items is not intuitive to users and could cause safety issues. This includes allergy information sitting in multiple locations in the record and known discrepancies on the SystmOne non-GP tab.
Although we are making this information available in our comms and training materials, there is no guarantee that users will read them. We have also heard user feedback via Interweave that users in busy environments are unlikely to read notifications.
We would therefore like to be able to display the most important user information in a way that is very obvious to users and where they don't need to click through to see the notice.
Confirmed that the key information has been added to the duplicate ticket and have archived this.
@Claire Waite am I correct in saying you expect to use the configurable disclaimer to solve this problem? If that's the case, we can mark this as 'In progress' as work has started on the configurable disclaimer.
@Sophie Lowsley have you managed to have a look at this yet?
