Timeline and Feed Tab consistency changes

Now that Notts have sufficient representative test data and are preparing our local training material, we have noticed a few anomalies in the Timeline and Feed Tabs, for example

1. Timeline and Feed show different resources – Observations, Conditions, Procedures, Task and DiagnosticReports are queried by the Timeline, but not the Feed

2. Neither tab includes the Social Care Resources (other than where they are currently duplicated in the Health Panels … e.g. SocialCareServices in the EoC panels)

3. Timeline queries all observations, but can only display those with a valueQuantity … Notts use the InterweaveObservation with other types of value[x]

4. Linked to #3, Notts have disabled the Observation Panel from the Summary v2 page and Details Observation Page in the tenant config. We also have disabled Procedures and Medications as they are not currently used in Notts … however these resources are still queried and shown as filters on the Feed page, which could confuse users as we have never communicated that those data types will be available in our Phase 1 scope. Suggest the Timeline/Feed should only include those resources enabled in ‘v2 summary tab’ tenant features.

5. Timeline queries for Tasks, however they don’t appear to be displayed on the timeline.
