Portal Help Menu Config

Problem Statement:
We have produced local materials which are tailored to our users and our specific instance of the portal (e.g. data sets unique to Notts, clinical safety messaging agreed by our leads). We would like our local materials to be easily accessible to users and easy to find. We want to increase the likelihood of any end user seeking help finding their way to our local pages rather than the more technical interweave help pages.

Suggest the following enhancements to the Portal Help Menu Configuration

  1. Ability to remove/disable the 3 standard Interweave Items (see attached)

  2. Ability to edit menu items once they have been added (i.e. change the name, url, icon, sort order of either a menu or item)

  3. Ability to create menu items at either a Global or Tenant level (i.e. as per Notifications)

    Hi Steve,

    I'm going to add this to the Agenda to discuss at the next PSG.

    Need to understand the why a little better and see if there's a wider appetite for this amongst partners. Expect it would be quite a significant undertaking.
