Interweave Portal for all GP Practices in HCV

Hi Ian, the attached use case captures the requirement in HCV to roll-out the Interweave Portal to all GP Practices in HCV by the end of March 2022. This will build on the initial pilot of the portal with the four Harrogate practices. I've also attached some slides which outline the specific requirement for the panels and data, as well as a breakdown of S1/EMIS practices by CCG. Best, Tara

    Hi Ian,

    The list below shows the data that is either already available or will be available from HCV providers, so our priority for panels in the first instance is to be able to display these data. The only thing I'd add is that data from other ICS's will also be valuable, so this would need to be built into the plan. The key organisations for us in HCV who I know are already working on data provision in WY&H would be Leeds Teaching and Mid Yorks. In terms of a longer term roadmap, we do have a plan for who needs to provide what, but don't yet have timescales for this. This is captured in the data mapping work that Deloitte produced - happy to run through this with you at some point.

    thanks Tara, to help with our development prioritisation, is there a corresponding data provision plan i.e. so we can build panels to consume the data in the order in which we expect it to be provided
