After a recent portal demo, it was suggested that having a node or tab to see the current providers into the Interweave Portal for current patient record. This would inform the clinician/practitioner of the current services the patient is under the care of and also provide a better understanding of data available in the portal.
This would be especially useful in the implementation of the shared care record within an area/region as providers are progressively 'onboarded'. I appreciate there is the data available option on the Interweave website but having this at patient level in a simple view, would be hugely beneficial, potentially increasing confidence in the system and use of the data to make informed decisions.

In essence, are we talking here about a page/tab/panel that shows all of the data sources that have provided data for the specific patient you are viewing?
