I'm interested in understanding the duration of inactivity the system allows before automatically logging users out. There have been concerns from potential users about the session expiry on the Interweave portal. Specifically, the issue arises with the automatic logout feature when there's inactivity, which is particularly challenging for users in busy control rooms. The necessity to log in frequently, compounded by the multi-factor authentication requirement at each login, is proving to be impractical for their fast-paced work environment. This situation underscores the need for a session management approach that aligns more closely with their operational needs.
