Allow the sidebar to display collapsed by default

When launching the viewer embedded within another application (e.g. EHR), it would allow the limited screen real-estate to be maximised.

    Hi Jim,

    We think this would be a valuable change so have promoted this to our backlog.

    When thinking about this feature, did you consider it as being something individual users would be able to configure or something that would be configured system-wide for a tenancy?
