Table Customisation in Portal

I understand we can now customise the general appearance of the portal at an organisational level, e.g. toggle the display of various panels on the home page etc. What would be really useful would be the ability to customise the tables within each panel, i.e. allowing us to add or remove columns, change which attributes from the resource are mapped to which columns, reordering columns.

    Hi Joe,

    This is possible, but there isn't an interface where this can be done easily.

    However, there is a set of open source libraries that can be utilised to develop your own panels in this manner. Also, there is an underlying configuration file which can be manipulated to remove certain data items. There is a risk that these local configurations will be overwritten when we release new changes, so we would recommend you clone and switch off the original panels to protect the changes you make.
