Clarify GP Connect HTML view data availability

On the 'Available Data' page the GP Connect Adapter row may be misleading for users as it doesn't represent the information that is available via the GP Connect Access HTML feed.

Can an additional message be added (perhaps a new table above) to represent the HTML sections (as attached) that are available via GP Connect (and ideally non-GP TPP S1 too)
