Do not display an appointment once it becomes an encounter

Currently Interweave displays the same appointment and encounter. Once an appointment becomes an encounter the appointment should no longer display.

Only future appointments should display

    Hi, I'm not sure this is something that we should be doing. Our role is to display the data provided to us rather than attempt to manipulate / determine which Appointments may have resulted in an Encounter.

    I'm also not sure how much of a problem this is, as Appointments are displayed in date desc order so the future appointments are always at the top?

    I'll set this to Awaiting feedback in case there is something we're missing
